Conventional society has it all backwards, teaching us to strive for external happiness and possessions in order to be successful. I teach the opposite, that your internal happiness determines your external. You can have all you want, but it starts from within, not without.

If you’ve ever been disappointed by following what you were told “would” make you happy and if you’ve checked off the “list’ and are still unhappy- I hear you. If you’ve ever felt like society has tricked you and sold you a lie about how to achieve happiness- I hear you loud and clear.

I bought into society’s view of what would make me happy and followed it for years. It wasn’t until I learned that happiness and joy come from living a life with less fear and more joy, that it all started to make sense for me. And that’s why I’ve created this program. I want to get you from where you are to where you want to be faster and with more fun and more freedom at the same time!

Welcome to a new perspective on optimizing your life. I’ve studied with masters for over 10 years and have packed much of what I’ve learned into this 16-week program. At 6’7’’, 225 pounds and an attitude on life that is anything but small, I teach others how to reduce stress, increase happiness and master their own lives through yoga, strength training and life coaching.

As a former corporate manager and college athlete, I have lived first hand with the pressures that stress, deadlines and expectations can create in life. In response, I have spent the last decade studying how to improve health and the human experience.

I’m here now to inspire, teach and lead others towards their own light and life purpose.

Currently, I am part of the yoga teacher trainer faculty of Sri Yoga. I also reside as the lead yoga teacher and trainer of Wheelhouse and Body Mechanix respectively.
