Private sessions take place at our studio on 219 Brannan St. San Francisco, CA or via phone. We work with clients on monthly retainer 1-2x per week with any combination of yoga, strength training or life-coaching.

This 75-minute class dives deeper into the energetic, breath and meditative practices of yoga. Class focuses on mindfulness, present moment awareness and healing.
